Returns of New and Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer you the convenience of returning any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, with no restocking fee. We only deduct the shipping charges. Please note that return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Rest assured, your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used initially.

Returns of Used Items: We appreciate the chance you took on us and our products. That's why we allow you to return any used item within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged. Electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer.

Returns of New and Unused Items Outside the 14-Day Window: We get it, life happens. If you wish to make a return outside of the 14-day window, and the item is still in new and unused condition, we will accommodate the return.
Return Shipping Costs: We understand that returning an item can be a hassle. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. This is to ensure that we receive your returned item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Returns Process, COD, and Timing: It's simple, really. Just contact us via email. We will notify you at the email address linked with your account once we process your return. No complex return material authorizations or permission numbers needed. Typically, refunds show up to your payment card or payment account within 72 hours of processing (or on your next paper statement). Please note that Blutron does not accept shipments sent cash on delivery (COD).

Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we strive to process your refund within 1 to 3 business days.

PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please remember, the original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
