I strongly do not recommend this brand.

Worst manufacturing quality and worst customer service. The quality of this bike is extremely poor, and they keep changing the price constantly. My brand-new e-bike got into a serious accident within just 2 months of purchase because the front tire came off. Since then, my teeth are still not working properly due to the accident.
When I contacted customer service, it was a horrible experience. They kept delaying and sent me only half the parts after 4–5 months. When I asked for a replacement bike, they said they would only provide a refurbished one, which is unacceptable.
I have proof of everything, including pictures and videos. It has now been 7 months, and I still haven’t received any real help. Their customer service is the worst they just delay issues until people give up.

I strongly do not recommend this brand.

Just got this bike and so far it is a very impressive bike! On flat straights it’s 32.5 km top speed! I have only put on 50km so far but feels really good solid bike! Was easy to assemble and is very user friendly! Have had a few friends try it out now and are very interested in getting one now!
