Blutron EB350F Folding Ebike

Guys i bought an eb350f 2 yrs ago, it was brand new at the time, goes 32kmh like it said, its range was amazing but it has slowly started to age but i still try as much as i can to ride this e-bike because its my favourite for the price, i have made multiple reviews on tiktok because of this bike, took it on trails,cruises, but the only problem after 2 yrs is, that it doesn't really last as much as it used too, and my front brake disc is completly glazed. but despite all these problems, i love the bike, yall should get it, also i did not buy the v2 it got the first one that they made, its a wonderful rie, and i want u guys to really get this if u are into riding with friends or go on nostalgic cruises, i have also got into 3 major crashes, but the bike is super safe and it works perfectly fine honestly, alright have fun guys.

Breaks squeak like a dirty one.

I have contacted support since October 2025. They promised to send replacement front fork. Has not delivered the part yet. It's march 2026 now. Part is under warranty and blutron is now ignoring me. No longer responding to emails. Do not buy this product. Blutron does not stand behind their warranty. Very disappointed!

Your foldable handle let's go at speed. Spilled me onto a busy street at 30k. Thought it was a user error so I gave it another shot. Happened twice within a half hour, fortunately with no injuries this time. Smashed my phone, messed up the bike (that disc brake is now warped and keeps rubbing, some of the other damage in the pics). The fact you knew exactly what happened and had a fix ready to go tells me you were aware of this issue. The offer to send me a refurbished replacement was an insult.

Well I must say I am glad I bought this. Exceeded my expectations of it right out of the box. Easy to assemble, just follow instructions and you'll be good to go. Only issue was lack of suspension, though the seat is so comfortable it helped going over bumps. The throttle im not sure works yet haven't tried it in the 2nd or 3rd gear but in 1st nothing happened. Still getting used to it but so far so good :)

poor customer service its more than a month since the issue not been resolve, asking me to send the video again, feels like they did not make an action in the first place. bought two bike same model. but i will sell the defective bike even very low price to get rid of it and buy new bike. but definitely not buying blutron

Hello. Dead battery and can't locate the fuse... Help

I purchased a blutron online. The company said it would be several weeks before I would receive the bike so I cancelled the order and purchased the same bike in store. After many emails inquiring about my refund, they have not reimbursed me. It's been over a month and they still have my money. All I get is apologies. They're the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

We purchased the EB350F online but was told it would be several weeks before we received the bike. The company gave us the option of canceling our order and get a refund. Since we found a local Best Buy selling the same bike we opted to cancel our order and go buy the bike in store. We cancelled our order 19 days ago and we are still waiting for a refund. The company has been good to communicate with, unfortunately the financial side of the company can't seem to figure out how to complete a refund. I'm extremely annoyed and hope that any further issues aren't as frustrating as a simple refund.

Good , but have a small issue in brake disc

I don’t think I would recommend this bike to anyone. At a full charge I can barely get to 15 km’s before it dies usually. — I barely use the throttle.

I bought this back in march and have used it everyday and here’s what i’ve noticed.
-battery dies way too fast
-the motor for the wheel to turn when on different gears barely will work. Shifting from gear 1 to gear 3 is the exactly same, no shift in automatic speed expect for 5 minutes a day in a ride.
-top speed is a lie, I have always been a biker, but recently wanted to try out an e bike, so I definitely use the peddles but top speed even with peddling and not peddling is not 32km it’s 24.

Disappointing, don’t waste your money at all.

Bought a EB350F last October. But got flat tire issue after one month. And second time rear inner tube damage around December. Last week got the third time tire issue again.
Also rear brake issue happened all the time.

Parfait

Back tire had a flat the absolute night mare this thing put me through to get the wheel off. Had to take the rack off to take off the break caliper ( you can't physically remove the wheel without doing this). One that's done you had to cut the zip ties holding the motor in place then you can unscrew the fork bolts but keep in mind there's a big washer for the left side of the wheel and a small one for the right. You then have to remove the torque arm on the left side then hopefully the wheel will release from the fork. Removing the tread was straight forward however getting it back on you need to make sure the bead of the tire is slotted on the left side (opposite of the motor cable) so you can use tire levers to slot the tread into the rim if you do this backwards it's literally impossible to install the thread . A flat tire repair on this bike took hours.

It's the worst decision that I repent. The problem started with battery and it's charger. I tried to connect blutron Customer care and surprised to know there is no repair center in Canada. Disc brakes failed everytime even after getting it fixed. Now it's a flat tire and I am unable to find the right tube for the front wheel.
Though it's not been even 6 months I bought it.
I spent huge ammount and time in its repair since I bought it.

Love the bike but something went wrong. It now just free wheels with the pedals and won’t engage, just works off battery power

Terrible e bike, after just one month of riding the brakes stopped working, bad speed and acceleration and battery runs out really fast, it can barely climb a hill and has no suspension.

Exceeding expectations. Simple assembly. Solidly build. We love it!

Bought it through retail. but amazing bike! But 2 problems. 1. I'd Love blinkers like the jetson otg. 2. An Speedometer, really usefull at times. but overall this thing is a beast!

This bike was an impulse buy that I'm glad I purchased. I enjoy using this little guy since it helps me save money from the subway commutes to work. I haven't tested the full distance that the battery can handle, but I hit 12km on it before charging it. I'd recommend this bike if you want to experience an e-bike without going broke. The only thing is the brakes gave me some trouble from time to time; youtube videos helped me service it myself.

Pros:
- Nice speed levels
- Sturdy frame
- Doesn't take up too much space

Cons:
- Brakes needed re-adjustment several times.
- Brake pads wear down unevenly
- Will not hit 33km battery range at 2nd/3rd gear

The features sounded great on paper, but in practice, I didn’t get the value I was hoping for. Still, it could be okay for casual riders.

Took it out for a short ride—wasn’t as smooth or enjoyable as I imagined. Might just not be the right type of bike for me.

The ebike design looks sleek, but the overall riding experience didn't really meet my expectations. Hoping for better performance in future models.

This bike is a good city ride bike and it is very good for the pricing.
I would highly recommend it to people with children 12 and above and can’t find a good Christmas present.

Easy assembly … Problem .. was packed with 2 “left “ pedals…Talked with Best Buy Support .. Waiting to see how quickly they send me a “right” pedal. Other than that … Nice Bike .

This little bike can keep up to bigger more expensive ebikes, impressive!
Has decent range as well.
All in all impressed with the quality for the price.
Quite heavy.
Only handle bars fold so doesn’t get as small as expected.
